About us
Suryodaya means sunrise.
It's the moment most people fall in love with the hills: first light on the peaks from a balcony they don't own yet. We started Suryodaya Estates because buying that balcony had become needlessly risky.
Listings online were out of date, duplicated or impossible to legally buy. Phone numbers sat behind paywalls. Nobody mentioned the monsoon road. We set out to be the agency we'd want to buy from: local, accountable and upfront.
How we work
We visit before we list
No listing goes live until someone from our team has stood on the land, walked the road in and photographed it honestly.
Buyers never pay to talk
No subscriptions or paywalled phone numbers. Our commission comes from a successful sale, agreed in writing.
Say what a portal won't
Walk from the road, spring water that dries in June, a view that a neighbour's plot could block. We write it down.
Legal first, token later
Our advocate confirms title and whether you're allowed to buy before any money changes hands.
